Note: The Basic Will service is available only for individuals of the Hindu religion. If you belong to any other religion, please use the Customized Will option for proper legal compliance.
If you're currently residing outside India (NRI/OCI):
- You can draft the will in accordance to the Indian Law through BOOKMYWILL.
- The will must be signed in the presence of two witnesses (not beneficiaries).
Registration can be done by:
- Visiting a Sub-Registrar’s office in India during your next visit
- Using services at the Indian Embassy or High Commission to notarize and authenticate your will.
